Game Enhancements Not Working

This is caused by antivirus software incorrectly blocking the enhancements.

1. First, check on the game login screen whether the client version is 1.12.1 / 2.4.3 / 3.3.5.
2. Completely disable your antivirus software and try again.
3. Or add the Heitu installation directory to your antivirus software whitelist.
4. If it still doesn't work, reinstall Heitu. The antivirus may have corrupted Heitu's files.
